The Campaign Manager, the all-in-one tool to plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities, has received a facelift.

 

Many marketers are planning their marketing activities using tools meant for other tasks like scheduling meetings or creating spreadsheets. With the Campaign Manager you give marketers the tools they need to efficiently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities.

To make this even easier, we have cleaned up the main interface to focus on the most important features and have introduced some great new ones. Some features have been moved to other locations and unnecessary items has been removed. Making room to see even more activities in the same space. Private and public activities now live side by side

All activites are now shown in the same overview, making it easy to see what activities are shared with other users and what activities are just visible for you.

Use the brand new Privacy filter to filter out only private or public activities.

You can still change visibility of your activities the same was as before by adding usergroups to your activities.

‘Keywords’ now live in ‘Filters’

To easily see and find your campaigns and activities, you use search and filters. With the new Filters menu you can easily find what your are looking for using by using Keywords or the new Privacy filter.

Inline tooltips

Inline tooltips makes it easy to see what a button or section relates to.

Activity templates has a brand new section

Activity templates makes it easy to create on-brand events, questionaries, emails and SMS send outs, or anything else. Activity templates has now gotten it’s own section making it easy to find and use.

Campaign settings available from any view

For quick access we have added a new menu available from both timeline and gantt view. When you mouse over a campaign you see three dots. When clicked you can open campaign settings, add new folders to campaign, go directly to campaign statistics or delete campaign.

Move activities easily between folders and campaigns

It is now much easier to move activities between folders or campaigns. From the gantt view you can now see a move symbol on any activity letting you drag and drop activities between folders and campaigns.

Quicklinks for activity

You can now go directly to any part of an activity. Using the new quick-links you can easily go directly to landing page, communication, budget, contacts or settings on any activity.
