At a sunny and chilled November day, BrandMaster customers from Norway and Sweden gathered at the Gardermoen Airport hotel for the myBrandMaster Conference 2017.

The myBrandMaster Conference is an event meant for our valued customers where they are given future solutions plans, professional content, customer sharing and social gathering. Our goal is to raise their awareness of what BrandMaster can do for them, provide them with inspiration and insight in how they can improve or use our products in their own installation.

During our day together, we presented future solutions and product plans in our BrandMaster platform. With digitalization being increasingly important in our daily work we also took everyone on a digital evolution and awareness tour with our guest speaker, Eiliv Mæhle Liljevik, Director of Strategi and IT at OBOS.  And thereafter showing different product modules live and how our solutions can be used for various purposes.

We also presented several customer cases who are using our products differently and has different solutions installed which proved to be inspirational for everyone and it gave ideas on how to use our products differently.

 

The myBrandMaster Community

We want our customers to share experiences and knowledge, we want them to have a common ground where they can get to know each other and push BrandMaster to become even better. In that regards we ended the day by revealing the latest in-house tool from BrandMaster. A community platform for all our customers, myBrandMaster.

The community is an extension to our yearly conferences where its purpose is to bring everyone closer together with posts, chats, releases, Q & A’s and more. It is developed with the customer in mind, for enhanced customer experience and providing them with the tool to weight future product development, priorities, discussions and more.

The official launch of myBrandMaster will be Q1 2018.

BrandMaster are grateful of our strong branded customer who shared and contributed to this event and we look forward to the next one in Stockholm 2018.

The conference gave me inspiration and ideas in my future marketing tasks at ForaForm. It was educational to see what opportunities BrandMaster solutions offer and how to use the tools more efficiently. It was also inspiring learning how other customers use BrandMaster and I went home with thoughts and ideas on how I can work better in our own solution, both for our customers and the employees at ForaForm
