Com Hem Group offers broadband, TV, play and telephony services to 1.5 million customers in Swedish households and companies.  Com Hem is now implementing BrandMaster MRM to digitize brand and marketing processes.

Com Hem has over 1,000 employees, resellers and partners. To ensure that Com Hem is perceived consistently at every level marketing material, guidelines, message and strategy will now be gathered in the same place.

One place to organize and share assets

Com Hem had previously pictures and marketing material stored on internal servers, or with their production agency. This made the process of finding and sharing assets difficult and expensive.

– BrandMaster MRM will become the hub for all our communication and marketing going forward – both internally and externally. Marketing material should not be stored anywhere else! Everything should be stored and organized in BrandMaster MRM and then shared with partners and resellers, or internally. It should be easy to find the correct material, at the right time, and distribute it to the correct person explains Lena.

All marketing material like advertisements, posters, images and video will be structured and organized in the Media Bank. The Brand Center will be used to communicate the marketing strategy & brand guidelines, to present brand material and the latest marketing activities. User restrictions will allow access to see only relevant information, both for departments, retailers and partners.

The entire Com Hem Group, including Boxer, will get their own DAM-System and Brand Center. Com Hem will be the first of the brands to implement BrandMaster MRM.
