For 60 years, Sweden has had a national emergency number. 112 is the number that every person seeking help can call when the crisis strikes. Sometimes the crisis is great and affects many people. Sometimes an individual or an organization is affected. Whichever, the help is just a call away.
In 2017 SOS Alarm had completed their new brand profile and they wanted a modern and transparent platform to present their brand correctly in all channels. They also recognised the need to improve their digital asset management processes.
Over the years, digital assets were spread and located in different servers only accessible through the communication department. With a brand management solution, they saw the opportunity to democratize their working processes and provide their colleagues with greater options to exploit all brand and communicative assets.
With a geographical spread of both departments and employees, the communication department at SOS Alarm needed to establish a reliable and user-friendly platform to communicate their brand.
SOS Alarm wanted everything in one place. Everything from videos to brochures needed to be accessible from one location. The platform had to be user-friendly for everyone at SOS Alarm, includig powerful search- and sorting functions. Furthermore, the communication department also found it necessary to manage their digital assets with simplicity.
SOS Alarm has created online brand guidelines which they call Brand Hub, dynamic and fully flexible. The Brand Hub contains all of their brand and marketing assets and how to use them. With the Brand Hub, their users can easily locate and access all digital assets, get details on how to use logotypes, typefaces, colors and more. SOS Alarm has also created a section on how to design material locally if needed.
With their Brand Hub, SOS Alarm ensure brand consistency through all users in all channels. Everything about their brand is located in one place and accessible for everyone in their organization. The communication department at SOS Alarm, is now capable of working more effectively and organized. Streamlining their workprocess lets them focus on valued and long-term tasks.
Media Bank is the digital asset management and library behind Brand Hub. SOS Alarm has organized their Brand Hub to contain absolutely all marketing- and brand assets; videos, marketing material, presentations, templates, images and more.
For users to easily locate and download these assets, they have organized and categorized their digital assets in sections that suits SOS Alarm usage. With their Brand Hub the users are only one click away from finding the correct archive. Categories and metadata guides the users through finding required assets.
We are pleased with our Brand Center. The needs and requirements we had before we started has met our expectations. We have also identified future needs that we know BrandMaster can fulfill with their other applications.
