With the need for central marketing- and brand management, and local execution, BMW Northern Europe was looking to replace their MRM platform.

BrandMaster has provided solutions for the automobile industry for many years. Adding BMW Nordic to our portfolio, strengthen our already well-established position within the industry and we look forward to providing BMW with a solid brand management solution designed for their brand and needs – Gunnar Larsen, CEO BrandMaster.

BMW has long-time experience with MRM and digital asset management solution. In 2018 they identified the need to replace their existing solution.

Requirements

With over a 1000 users of the existing MRM-system across the Northern Europe region, BMW Nordic wanted to establish a solution to drive brand- and marketing management from a corporate level and allow for local execution in each Nordic country on dealer level. With such setup, BMW Nordic can collect and organize their brand assets and marketing centrally and organize for local execution in one portal.

The solution

All necessary brand- and marketing assets will be collected in Brand Center along with news- and campaign updates. Brand Center will provide content from all power applications provided by BrandMaster. On a local level, dealers will access the portal to obtain approved digital assets, templates for local adaptions and sales campaigns.

Their solution will hold all brands of the BMW-group including BMW (Sales & Aftersales), BMW Motorrad, MINI as well as BMW Financial Services.
